Is Your Neck Okay?

Your head weighs about 5 kg. When using a PC or smartphone, do you know how much strain you're putting on your neck? If your neck is straight, it's about 5 kg. Tilt it 30°, and it's 18 kg. At 45°, it becomes 23 kg. At 60°, it reaches a massive 27 kg!*1 Your neck is under this strain continuously.

Screen Time Has Skyrocketed Since the COVID Pandemic — and So Have Stiff Shoulders and Back Pain!

Screen time on digital devices has increased by about 5.5 hours per day before and after the COVID pandemic.*2 Among adults, poor posture during screen time is linked to stiff necks and lower back pain.*3

30% of Women in Their 20s–30s Have Straight Necks! Shoulder and Back Pain Are National Health Problems!

30% of young adult Japanese women have reversed cervical curvature — meaning their natural neck curve has flipped!*3 Also, among all complaints reported by Japanese people, neck stiffness and lower back pain have remained the top two for the past 40 years.*4

What If There Were Software That Could Reduce Neck and Back Strain and Help You Maintain Beautiful Posture?

When working at your PC, is your neck and head jutting forward, and your upper back rounding? If you’re experiencing neck or back pain, your posture may be to blame.
